1. Booking Terms

All bookings made with Ramanuj Tour and Travel are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any booking if the requested services are unavailable. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

To confirm your booking, a minimum advance payment may be required. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the tour date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Any refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method. Bank charges may apply.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and UPI. A confirmation receipt will be provided upon successful payment.

4. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry valid identification documents (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driver's License) during the tour. For international travelers, a valid passport and visa are mandatory.

Ramanuj Tour and Travel is not responsible for any loss or delay caused by insufficient or invalid travel documents.

5. Changes to Itinerary

While we strive to provide the best travel experience, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, temple timings, or other events beyond our control.

Any major changes to the itinerary will be communicated to you in advance, and we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By booking with Ramanuj Tour and Travel, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Arrive on time for all scheduled activities and transfers
• Follow the instructions of tour guides and staff
• Respect local customs, traditions, and religious sites
• Maintain appropriate dress code when visiting temples
• Take care of personal belongings at all times

7. Limitation of Liability

Ramanuj Tour and Travel acts as a travel service provider and is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers (hotels, transport companies, guides, etc.). Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

We recommend all travelers to have adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or loss of belongings.

8. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All data provided to us is used solely for booking and communication purposes. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties without your consent.
